I'm wondering if anyone can speak to the quality of the Toper TKM-SX 5 Electric roaster. I haven't been able to find any reviews or videos of anyone doing a full roast on it. I'm specifically curious about its power and responsiveness to controls in realtime.
I used to roast on a 15kg gas roaster (Ambex) but sold my business a few years ago and have been roasting for personal use on an Aillio. Looks like I'm getting sucked back into roasting to support more than just my habit, so I'm looking for an electric option to accommodate my current facilities limitations. The more I read about fluid bed roasters (was considering the Valenta 7) the less I'm inclined to go that route. I'm hoping Toper has engineered something that lets me have my cake a drink it too.
