Here is the broken fitting... >:(

I've seen worse boiler problems fixed - all it takes is someone who'll plug the old hole up and braze a new boss for that line to attach to. The repairs need to be pressure tested to 2 bar (~28 psi), but that's no big deal. Now if the damage was to the 9 bar HX (~135 psi) it'd be a different story - that kind of pressure can be scary!

What should i be looking for a welder or Machine shop?

Actually, you'd be better off finding a good old-time radiator shop willing to take on small jobs. When you have it fixed insist on them using silver solder.

For the descaling I am using a Phosphoric acid product and it worked fast and great for the lines. I am on my third refresh of the product plus hot water, it seems to be making progress but I would like for it to work faster. What do you use Tex? and where do you get it?

I use citric acid: One cup in a two-gallon pail usually has them clean overnight. I buy in two pound lots on eBay.

I have a five gallon pail and I am using about a cup of sulfuric acid mixed with about 2.5 gallons its working but its been 2 days. I am about to go get some muriatic acid soon.

Well I decided to take the motor off the frame since I saw a lot of rust and I am waiting for the anti seize stuff to arrive. Sure nuff lots of rust and I decided to take my angle grinder to see if there is any metal left. There is but it is in bad shape, even after the grind there was lots of metal distorting from water damage. I can't seem to find a new motor mount anywhere??? Do they sell these things? I figure I will at least spray some rustoleum on the old mount for now. I got most of the lines cleaned up. The Myriatic acid really did the trick it took all the lime buildup out I have just a small stubborn speck that I am letting soak in the phosphoric acid tonight but should be all put together sometime over the weekend....

The frame still has good powder coating on it. I have been scrubbing the stains/ rust stains off slowly. The stupid plastic drain box has a small crack in it I'll probably JB weld that sucka. the other frame has a spare drain box but the old one looks like a real PITA to remove.
