Maybe I missed something but this sounds like a silicone rather that a grease.Also to grease the bearings of a roaster, you will need to use a grease gun andpump it into the bearings. In a tube form, I don't see how you can properly apply it. I got the grease from Diedrich. It was $22.50. So it is not too bad. Since it is fromthem, it may not be the best, but probably good enough - I hope.
Thanks. Maybe this should be a different thread, we managed to get the IR3 fire up and roasteda few batches. It is such a big difference !! It is so easy to operate and the beans are beautiful.
